Oak Arbor is a place for transition between primary addiction treatment and day-to-day life after treatment. Founded in 2001 as an extension of our sister program at Clearview Recovery Center, Oak Arbor helps individuals with the completion phase of primary addiction treatment. Our goal is to get our clients back into the community and living independently.
Situated on 45 acres just south of Hattiesburg on U.S. Highway 49, Oak Arbor is in a convenient location in the southeastern region of Mississippi. Our comprehensive program provides a safe, alcohol/drug-free environment offering independence with support to promote independent living without relapsing into addiction. Oak Arbor's 54-bed unit for men, 24 VA apartments for men and separate 13-bed unit for women, are comfortably furnished and decorated to feel like a home away from home. The facility operates a full-service cafeteria and is handicap accessible.
